This is an
excellent way to make a few extra dollars, especially if you're
home a lot and only have moderate level of computer experience.
You register with a company like "Easy
Survey Cash" or "Survey
Scout" (also recommended on this site) and they
will supply you with heaps of information as well as a list
of companies and businesses who are prepared to pay cash for
your opinion. You can be paid up to $50 per survey which takes
between 5 and 25 minutes to complete. That's not bad money
while you're lounging around at home in your pyjamas.
Then there
are focus groups who want your opinion on various products
and services. They might contact you by phone and require
your services for up to an hour or so. They are prepared to
pay you from $50 up to $150 per session for your opinion.
Initially, you will be required to spend a few dollars to
get your hands on the list of companies I mentioned earlier,
but that's it. - By the way, it's totally free to register
with all these companies ( over 400 on the list ) for surveys
and focus groups and remember, they pay you for the privilege
of your valued opinion, you will never be asked to pay any
money to them.
Incidentally,
my wife is registered with both "Survey Scout & Easy
Survey Cash" and she just loves the fact that she can
make her own money without being tied down to a 9 to 5 job
and no boss breathing down her neck. She just takes a survey
whenever she feels like it, and I must admit, she's built
up quite a nice little nest egg. I think I'm looking forward
to Christmas this year. She also likes the financial independence
it gives her. If she sees an outfit she likes while she's
out shopping, she just gets it, no questions asked. When she's
grocery shopping she regularly comes back with some rather
exotic and delicious cuisine not found in the home brand section
of the supermarket.
The
surveys are e-mailed to you and once they're completed, your
money is paid directly into your bank or paypal account or
you can receive a check by mail if you prefer. There's usually
around 20 to 50 multiple-choice questions in each survey and
all you have to do is click the box that applies to you
and when you've completed the survey, you just press the "Submit"
button and the money automatically arrives within a few days,
it's that simple.
