details do they show you? Are they a registered business,
if they're in Australia you should see an ABN number, or if
they're overseas they should have a Business number.
Do they have
any contact details? Can you actually contact them and if
you can then give it a shot. If your required to pay a fee
to become involved, will they provide you with a receipt?
